She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Haenle and Dorothy Haenle (Shaver); her husband John C. "Jack" Kander; and her brother Jack Haenle (late Marge). She is survived by: her son Kristopher M. Kander (Kristine); her grandsons, Jack and Max; and her brothers, Michael Haenle (Vicki) and Mark Haenle (Jeannie Goff). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
