He was predeceased by: his parents, Elroy William Powley and Ruthe Powley-Oliver (Sheppard); his wife Shirley Powley (Breitsman); and his brother Barry Powley. He is survived by: his children, Kent Powley (Cathy), Reginald Powley (Bonnie), Shellie Hanley (Daniel) and Brent Powley (Connie); and his grandchildren, Paige Phillips, Justin Powley, Ryan Hanley, Jillian Orr and Annaleha Confer. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
