He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Clark and Erma L. Clark (Johnson); and his siblings, Rufus Clark, Charles Clark, Johnnie Mae Morant, Ruth Mae McKenzie, Vera Mae Brown, Betty Joyce Gadsen, Barbara Jean Beauford, Stella Mae Jackson, Beverly Ann Clark, Elaine Clark and Geraldine Clark.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Clark and Martha Sample (late Rufus); and his siblings, Milton Clark, Wayne Clark, Catherine Johnson and Gwendolyn Oest. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
