He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Rubert (Donna) and Barbara Wells Irwin (Robert); his siblings, Mike and Tammy; his wife Kristen Rubert; his stepdaughters, Amanda, Sallie and Marissa; his stepgrandchildren, Ava, Ana, Aurora, Patience, Owen and Wyatt; his brother Nick Rubert (Rita); his nephew Nicholas Rubert (Jen); his niece Jillian Linhardt (Sam); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sawyer, Everett, Jaxon and Kinzley; his uncle Bob Horton (Sharon); and his siblings, Fritz Lewis (Laura), Ginny Smith (Dean) and Sherry MacQueen (Brian). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home (242 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094).
