He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wasik and Karolina Wasik (Sidor); his son Frank T Wasik; his grandson Benjamin Wasik; and his siblings, Miron (Nova), Mitchell "Mac" (Helen), Edward and Viola "Jane" Burkhardt (Fred).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wasik; and his daughter Debra Hopkins (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
