He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Randolph and Anna Randolph (Trinka); his brothers, Roger Randolph (late Linda) and John Randolph (Ginny); and his brother-in-law R. Edward Groff (Lucia).
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Randolph (Groff); his children, Thomas Randolph (Margot) and Deanna Atkin (Richard); his grandchildren, Richard Atkin III, Christa Licht (David), Joshua, Leah Randolph, Jaclyn Atkin and Toni Snyder (Brian); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Groff, Marcia Wolfe (Paul) and Paul. He is also survived by 10 loving great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials to Niagara Hospice or Roswell would be appreciated.
