He is survived by: his wife Angiolina Giansante; his children, Antoinetta Castaldo (Brian Cornelius), Joseph D'Onofrio (Theresa), John D'Onofrio (Patricia) and Lisa Serianni (Mark); his grandchildren, Alanna Hernandez (Angel), Thomas Castaldo, Matthew Castaldo (Lara Krys), Nicholas D'Onofrio, Andrew D'Onofrio, Anthony Serianni (Emily Cleary) and Rachel Serianni; his great grandchildren, Angel Jr. and Alessandra Hernandez; and his siblings-in-law, Antonietta and Graziella Giansante. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
