He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rudolph Urtel and Margaret Urtel (Steinbach); his siblings, Robert Urtel (Kathy) and Sharon Chaffin (late George); and his siblings' children, Krystal Urtel, Beth Chaffin, Kayla Urtel, Donald Chaffin, Philip Chaffin and George "Dutch" Chaffin.
