He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Bloomquist; and his brothers, Charles (Chuck) and Clarence Bloomquist (Butch). He is survived by: his mother Barbara Marszalkowski (Williams); his wife Dawn B. Bloomquist; his children, Daniel M. Duzy of Kali and Jessica Kunch (Jake); his grandchildren, London, Sawyer, Gianna, Analia, Amari and Colton; and his siblings, Christine Lockhart (late Kevin), Michael Marszalkowski and Melissa O'Brien. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and at 5:00 PM at the Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home (70 Niagara St, Lockport, NY 14094).
