He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Phillips and Beverly Phillips (Smith); his brother Charles Phillips; and his close friend Mike Dent. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Phillips (Sarchia); his children, Lindsay Phillips, Brandon Phillips (Sarah) and Shane Phillips (Melissa); his siblings, Terri Smyers (Jerry), Leslie Riddle (John), Dana Phillips (Cheryl) and Brian Phillips; his sister-in-law Cindy Phillips; his grandchildren, Claire, Callie and Colton Phillips; and his close friends, Jim Boyer and Mike Brawdy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. (2670 Main St, Newfane, NY 14108). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
