He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Stover and Laura Stover (Tall); and his siblings, Dawn Pillot and Carl Stover Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Stover (Wilson); his daughter Jordan Stover; and his siblings, Robert Stover (Catherine), James Stover (Melodee), Jonathan Stover, Angela Depp (Jason) and Christopher Stover (Tammy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home (242 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094).
