It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome Sherwood Chambers (Lockport, New York), born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on June 21, 2002, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Jerome W. Chambers and Margaret Chambers (Cummings); his children, Roxanne Murray (Derrick) and Jerome Chambers (Susan); his grandchildren, Jerome Chambers (Carrie), Alexxis Dombkiewicz, Mercedes Dombkiewicz and Emerald Puckett (Louis); his great grandchildren, Gia, Izabel, Jade, Axel and Baileigh; his sisters, Donna Florio and Cindy Birmingham; and his friends, Danielle and Juanita. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
