It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan A. Wheeler (Lockport, New York), who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Fred; her caregiver Dr. Paul Buerger; her husband Charles Wheeler; her sons, Paul Wheeler (Kathy) and Bryant Wheeler (Lynn); and her grandchildren, Charlie, Jessica, Samantha and Meghan.
