He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Evans and Helen Evans; and his sisters, Ann Kieffer and Kathryn Karwaki. He is survived by: his spouse Gail O'Brien Evans; his children, Keith Evans (Katrina), Jerry O'Brien (Carrie Grundner) and Jason O'Brien (Tina); his grandchildren, Noah Evans, Marley Evans, Tyler Gomez, Gerald O'Brien III, Jessica O'Brien, Jason O'Brien Jr., Jake O'Brien and Samantha Lasker; his great grandchildren, Penelope, Nora and Phoenix; and his sister Barbara Evans (Richard). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
