He is survived by: his girlfriend Janet Hephner of Pavilion; his brother Tom Berndt (Bev) of Lockport; his children, Jennifer Nunnery (Brandon) of Darien Center, John Berndt Jr. (Patricia) of Wyoming and Timothy Berndt (Jen) of Clarence; and his grandchildren, Paige, Trevor, Mikayla and Morgan.
