He was predeceased by: his children, Joseph Phillips, Anna Wilder and Krista Scarpinato. He is survived by: his girlfriend Ann Phillips; his daughters, Natasha Scarpinato and Alyssa Phillips; his grandchildren, Haylie, Christopher, Noah and Zaynia; and his siblings, Loretto Scarpinato (Karen Russo), Laura Scarpinato, Roy Scarpinato (Ju Ju) and William Scarpinato (Chyanne Hendee). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home (242 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094).
