It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William Payne (Lockport, New York), who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his uncle John Root; and his pets, Simon, Elvis and Zeus. He is survived by: his parents, Crysta Booth (Root) and Timothy Payne (Ann); his stepfather Allan Booth; his fiancée Kelli Cala; his children, Kennedy Louise and Carter Vincent Payne; his siblings, Elizabeth Payne, Timothy Payne, Jr. and Michael Payne; his grandparents, Rita and Duane Root; his aunts and uncles, Sharon Root, Jessie Bordeau (Vincent), Paul Root, Craig Root (Anjanette), Kyle Root (Jenny) and Blaine Root; his nephews, Vincent and Walter; and his niece London. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
