D'Angelis (Mutka); his daughter Lauren Rick; his stepchildren, Ian and Jackie Robert; his brothers, Paul D'Angelis, Jr. (Kathy) and Dr. Christopher D'Angelis (Holly); his grandchildren, Hunter, Olivia, Graham and Nolan; his niece Elizabeth D'Angelis; his close friends, Bill Simpson, Butch Hickey and Les Goodwill; and his pet Sammi. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
