He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Harper Sr. and Shirley Mosher Harper; and his sister Cynthia Harper White (James). He is survived by: his wife Annette Wilson Harper; his children, Jodi Fender (late Matthew), Jason Harper (Karla) of Washington State and Justin Harper (Christina) of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Nelson (Biga), John Harper, Amber Harper, Zachary Fender, Trey Corley, Payton Corley and Tyler Harper; his brother Jeff (Kelly Harper) of Kentucky; his siblings-in-law, James White (late Cindy), Ray, Dan, Tom Wilson and Cathy Drake; his close friends, Wayne Baker, Gordie Crenshaw, Ron Godzisz and Dan Hendricks; and his caregivers, Linda and Rose. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
