She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Sweeney, and Kathleen Sweeney, Sr. (Scrace); her husband James Young; and her siblings, Benjamin Sweeney, Jr. (Sheila), Margaret Sweeney, Patrick Sweeney and John Sweeney (Pamela).
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Burk (Christopher); her grandchildren, Emily Cody (Brandon) and Evan Burk; and her siblings, Patricia Dee (late James), Francis Sweeney, Mary Jane Pritchard (Donald) and James Sweeney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
