He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth C. Lefort and Virginia M. Lefort (Schuessler); his wife Mary Lynn Lefort (Boeck); his children, Kirk C. Lefort (Ashley), Neil N. Lefort, Kyle K. Lefort and Nathan A. Lefort (Johanna); his granddaughters, Victoria and Vivienne; and his siblings, Keith Lefort (Ellen), Linda Hans, Jane Grizer (Mark), Connie Reisdorf (Russell) and Jean Eichler (Jim). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations to Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Niagara Hospice, or Buffalo Audubon Society would be appreciated.
