He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Kelley and Dora Dean Kelley (Litten); and his brother Raymond Kelley (late Cheryl). He is survived by: his children, Kristin Halaseh (Basel), Kaitlin Kelley and Kevin Borchers; his grandchildren, Emilia and Logan; his siblings, Sharon Kennedy (James), Carson Kelley (Cindy), Marie Kelley, Darlene VanFleet (Edward) and Aileen Kelley; and his friend Linda Greenan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or Wolcottsville Wildlife, 6570 Mann Rd., Akron, NY 14001.
