She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Crawford and Frances Crawford (Williams); her husband Joseph E. Tanner; and her siblings, Marzene Crawford, Annie P. Wilson, James A. Crawford, Mitchell L. Crawford, Lonnie M. Palmer and Robert L. Crawford.

She is survived by: her siblings, Shelby Crawford, Jr., Betty J. Powell, Walter J. Crawford and Dorothy A. LaMar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
