He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty (Jackson); his adoptive children, Cyndi Hopkins, Mark Hopkins and Glenn Helmly; his parents, Anthony J. Jane and Emma Jane (Marotta); and his siblings, John, Thomas, Paulette (Pewsey) and Kathleen Peca.
He is survived by: his wife Therese Sapone Peca; and his stepchildren, Cynthia Sapone Binsfield and Guy A. Sapone.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Emerald Coast Funeral Home (161 Racetrack Rd NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (110 St Mary Ave SW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Beal Memorial Cemetery (316 Beal Pkwy NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548).
