He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl C. Weaver and Amy Brandt Weaver; and his sister Nila Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Helen Wolbrecht Weaver; and his children, David M. Weaver, Kathy Hughes (Mark), Joanne Andrews (Mark) and Karen Green (James). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
