It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Hand (Lockport, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Saxer and Eleanor Saxer (Gorges); her husband Dennis Hand; and her children, Christina E. Bancala (Jordan), Benjamin C. Hand and Eddie Lee Hand (Chas). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren.
