He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Bolton (Sheri Bassler); his sister Heather Ark (Tony); his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Alexander and Ashton Ark; and his cousin Mathew Grimmey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
