He is survived by: his wife Linda Carter; his daughter Jacquelyn Dodson; his grandchildren, Finn, Wila Dodson and Starlynn Tilton; his siblings, Robert Carter (Jodine), Sharon Branco (Romeo), Thomas Carter (Linda) and Patricia Alband (Jeff); and his pets, Buddy and Kody. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
