He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Swatsworth, Sr. and Sandra Booker (Price); and his brother Philip Swatsworth, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Jolene Cook, Angela Wright (Michael Lawrence), Kristen Felix (Samantha) and Haley Woleben; his grandchildren, Jordan, Gianna, Mara, Michael, Kehlani, Anthony, Angelina and Autumn; and his siblings, Kevin Swatsworth, Brenda White (Troy), Donna Swatsworth and Melissa Swatsworth (Mike McLaughlin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
