He was predeceased by: his father Frank Vona; and his sibling Thomas Vona. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Vona (late Frank); his wife Shannon Vona; his son Matthew Vona; his granddaughter Isabella Vona; and his brothers, Andrew Vona (Caroline) and William Vona (Gina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
