Pamela leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Pamela’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Pamela will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Priscilla B. Duncan (Warner) and John E. Duncan; and her brother John D. Duncan. She is survived by: her stepson Mark E. McNeil (Jeannie Beeby); her stepgrandchildren, Courtney McNeil, Carrie Ann Covert (Jacob), Caitlyn McNeil, Conner McNeil and Colleen McNeil; and her brother James A. Duncan (Sandy).
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (6339 Hamm Rd, Lockport, NY 14094).
In lieu of flowers, donation to help pay for Pamela's final expenses would be sincerely appreciated.
