We are sad to announce that, on May 12, 2023, at the age of 67, Patricia G. Blake of Lockport, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Blake; her brother James Sullivan, Jr.; her daughter Jill Young; her grandchildren, Alexis Nagureny, Kaeli Baron, Myrah Baron, Elijah Baron and Ava Baron; and her siblings, Adele Sullivan, Sandra McIntyre, Deborah VanDielen (Ken), Mark Sullivan (Lisa) and Mary Bradley (Tom). She is also survived by several nieces and great nieces.
