It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Francis Layer (Lockport, New York), who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Paul Francis Layer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Layer and Cornelia Layer; and his son Jeffery (Loretta). He is survived by: his children, Paul Layer, Jr. (Corrie), Michelle Rahal (Greg), Loretta Frankovitch (Karl) and Peter Layer (Kirsten). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
