He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Hoffman (Kastens); his sons, Nicholas Hoffman (Krystal) and Kyle Hoffman (Andrea); his grandchildren, Grant, Ruby and Korben; his siblings, James Hoffman (Marylynn), Michael Hoffman (Mary), Ann Hoffman, Patricia Kapaan, John Hoffman (Katherine) and Mary Lou Hoffman; and his sister-in-law Barbara Hoffman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
