Phelps (Lockport, New York), born in Glen Cove, New York, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Phelps and Ramona Phelps (Prendergast); his daughters, Deborah Phelps-Seda and Kaitlyn Phelps; his grandsons, Jonathan Jr. and Julian; and his siblings, David Phelps, Eva Phelps and Christopher Phelps. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
