He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Serafino "Sam" Bernardi and Lea Bernardi (Cappellazzo); his sons, Ryan Bernardi and Gregory Bernardi (Kathryn); his siblings, John Bernardi (Susan), David Bernardi (Debra) and Lorraine Tomaino (John); his close friends, Sally Castle and Ken Hyde; his wife Veronica Bernardi (Berger); and his grandson Harrison Bernardi. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
