He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Plump and Ethel Plump (Halstead); and his siblings, John Henry Plump and Marguerite Dickson. He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Plump (Clarke); his children, Jeffrey C. Plump, Lori Matthews (Kevin), Ann Marie Kinne (Robert) and Belinda Lemcke (Wayne); his grandchildren, Sarah Kinne and Cameron Brown; his siblings, Mildred Jackson (late William) and William Plump; and his sister-in-law June Plump. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
