He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Whitesell (Vivian) and Julia Henke (David); his granddaughters, Ashley Hess (Kevin) and Andraya Earle (Casey); and his great grandchildren, Carter Cummings and Austyn Earle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
