He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Voelker and Elizabeth Voelker (Reese); his wife Jill Voelker; and his sister Sue Voelker. He is survived by: his children, Brian Voelker (Shannon), Daniel Voelker (Shoshana) and Lori Voelker (Lew); his grandchildren, Lewis Williams (Cynthia), Garrett, Kali Floyd, Gianna, Danillo, Nikalis Voelker, Jason, Shalynn Kanalley, Hayden, Evan Dege, Emberlyn Latini and Anthony Hudson; his great grandchildren, Lewis, Saint, Brandilynn Williams and Ella Kanalley; and his brother Ronald Voelker.
