He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bowers and Irene Bowers (Heary); his brothers, Richard Bowers (Carol) and Gary Bowers; and his grandson Lorenzo.
He is survived by: his wife Marleen Bowers (Johnson); his daughters, Lisa Pettitt (late Edward), Lori Hoover (late Garry) and Bonnie Dennis (Wallace); his brother John Bowers (Barbara); his grandchildren, Edward Il, Jessica, Jonathon, Andrew, Michael, Amanda, Thomas and Joseph; and his great grandchildren, Alana, Nevaeh, James, Tyrone IlI, Robert, Baleigh, Elliana, Ayvah, Connor and Summer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Lockport Congregation (352 W Ontario St, Lockport, NY 14094).
