He is survived by: his children, Gary, Bruce (Roseanne), Carl (Jacqueline) of Brandt's Lanes and Kathryn Schultz (Michael); his grandchildren, Dr. Carla Frederick (Peter), Erik Kinyon (Genevieve), Daniel Kinyon (Krystal), Jennifer Kinyon, Richard Schultz, Stephen Schultz (Nikki) and Carolyn Brettholz (Jeremy); and his wife Theresa Balling.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Taylor and Reynolds Funeral Home (70 Niagara St, Lockport, NY 14094). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Roman Catholic Church (168 Chestnut St, Lockport, NY 14094).
