He is survived by: his wife Denise (Stevenson); his children, AnnMarie O'Lay (Chris) and Samuel Walter Fligger, Jr.; and his sisters, Sandra (late David), Baker and Jamye Fligger. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
