She was predeceased by: her mother Beverly Smith (Jeffords); her son Earl Maines, Jr.; and her parents-in-law, Walter and Irene Maines. She is survived by: her father Henry Smith; her grandchildren, John, Chase, Jacob, Jasmine, Cole, Emauri, Kingston and Aleena; her husband Earl Maines, Sr.; her children, Michael Smith and Erica Maines (John Turnbull); her siblings, William Smith (Sherri) and Esther Smith (Doug Fry); and her nieces and nephews, Haley Hammonds and Thomas Smith.
