She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Licata and Theresa Licata. She is survived by: her sibling Thomas Licata; her husband John H. Fulcher; her children, John H. Fulcher, Jr. (Gina), Thomas J. Fulcher, Theresa DeLuca (Michael), Marianne E. Fulcher and Michael H. Fulcher (Erin); her grandchildren, Katrina Fulcher-Rood (Ben), Destiny Ciemny (Nicholas), Thomas J. Fulcher II, Angelo J. DeLuca, Anthony M. DeLuca, Mason W. Fulcher James, Jacob H. Fulcher and Katelyn M. Fulcher; and her great grandchildren, Logan and Cameron.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, Inc. (242 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the All Saints Parish (76 Church St, Lockport, NY 14094).
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to autism services and the Palace Theater where Stella spent countless hours watching her daughters, youngest son and grandchildren dance.
