She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Tice and Annie Tice (Estep); her sister Jan; her daughters, Sarah Ralph of Lockport and Amanda Cole of Lockport; and her grandchildren, Kayla, Nathan, Maxwell and Ayden. She was also cherished by 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
