He was predeceased by: his father Percy Chase. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Hill; his son Adam Hill (Natalie); his grandchildren, Aiden, Ethan, Racheal and Jake; his siblings, George Chase (Dawn), Sharon Zimmerman (Dennis), Katherine Adams (Richard), Carla Cassenti (Tom), Kenneth Chase (Jenni), Lisa Beaver (Edwin) and Daniel Chase; and the mother of his child Lucie Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
