He was predeceased by: his parents, Stance Wagner and Mary June Wagner (Cunningham); his wife Mary Ann Wagner (Culver); his children, Ann Wagner and Theodore S. Wagner; and his granddaughter Melinda Wagner.

He is survived by: his children, Regina Edbauer (Tom) and Eric Wagner; his daughter-in-law Tammy Wagner; his grandchildren, Andrew (Kimberlyn), Lauren (Alex Weaver), Alyssa Edbauer, Adam (Brenda), Anthony, Austin Wagner and Kaci Szczygiel (Joe Guagliardo); his great grandchildren, Olivia Dunkelberger and Carter Naylor; his sister Cheryl Stevenson (Don); his friend Carl Raetz; and his caregiver Charlene. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
