He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane III (Cunningham) and Thomas Ryan III; and his former wives, Sue Ann Ryan (Hufnagel) and Carol Ryan (Valery). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ryan (Domaracki); his children, Jennifer Ahlstrom (late John Jr.) and Jonathan Keller; and his stepchildren, Michelle Domaracki, Rachel Domaracki (Kevin Schrader), Jon Buchheit (Robin), Carla Kagels (Jon) and Marc Buchheit. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
