She was predeceased by: her father George Sturak. She is survived by: her mother Bernice Sturak (Luke); her husband Lucas Herman; her children, Austin and Grace Herman; her siblings, Cheryl Dorr (Tim), Bill Sturak (Vickie) and Patti Jo Sturak; her uncle Ronald Luke; and her siblings-in-law, Claudia Rowe (William), Fred Herman (Ann), Paula Adams (Ken) and Sheryl Bates (Jeff). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as friends.
