It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William E. Carroll of Lockport, New York, who passed away on May 14, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Carroll; his daughter Nancy Carroll; and his parents, Katharine Carroll, and Eugene Carroll, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Jill Marie Campbell (Todd, MD) and William E. Carroll, Jr. (Cathy); his grandchildren, Kara, Alyssa, Gavin, Chase and Payton; and his sister Sue Siemucha (Michael). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, Gift Processing Administrator, 18251 Quantico Gateway Dr. Triangle, VA 22172.
